Sedrick Clayton, 31, was convicted in June on three counts of first degree murder in the shooting deaths of his girlfriend and her parents during an altercation on Jan. 19, 2912, at 1626 Preston in South Memphis.
On Friday prosecutors and defense attorneys agreed to sentences of 15 years for attempted murder, six years for employment of a firearm, three years for possession of a firearm and 11 months and 29 days for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Judge Carolyn Wade-Blackett accepted the sentence agreement.
The attempted murder and employment of a firearm sentences will run consecutively, while the others will be concurrent.
The victims included Pashea Fisher, 23, and her parents Arithio Fisher, 56, and Patricia Fisher, 46.
