Oct. 5, 2017 – The former treasurer for Boy Scouts of America Troop 368 in Germantown pled guilty Thursday to felony theft over $10,000 and agreed to immediately repay the troop more than $95,000 that he admitted stealing from their account over a five-year period, said Shelby County Dist.
