Drug dealers warned, help offered for those fighting addiction as overdoses spike

Memphis, Tenn. (Daily Memphian) — Health and law enforcement officials issued warnings to drug dealers and offered help to drug users Tuesday, May 19, in response to Shelby County’s unprecedented spike in drug overdoses and deaths over the past 60 days.
