Local children killed by abuse and neglect memorialized at Memphis City Hall
MEMPHIS, Tenn. (FOX 13) — Memphis Child Advocacy Center’s annual Children’s Memorial Flagraising will honor children in Shelby County who died due to abuse and neglect in the last year.
Community leaders will gather Monday at noon at Civic Center Plaza at Memphis City Hall.
