Shelby Co. DA honors lives lost with memorial

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (FOX 13) — Hundreds of families are going into the new year without a loved one as Memphis sits with over 300 homicides for the year. The Shelby County District Attorney’s Office is honoring the lives lost with a memorial outside of 201 Poplar.
